Shipping

Please take note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive. Please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most items will leave our studio within one week after the order is placed. You may choose from these delivery methods:

FedEx Ground (free for purchases over $35) ………… Delivered 5-6 business days after shipping

FedEx 2 Day Air ………… Delivered 2 business days after shipping

FedEx 1-Day Select ………… Delivered 1 business days after shipping

 

Returns

We offer returns for all products with the exception of masks and customization orders within 14 days from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Contact our Customer Care Advisors at (212)819-1819 to request a return. We offer free repairs for masks and customization order as well.

 

Repairs

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. In the event you are not satisfied with a product, or the product is imperfect or damaged, you may contact our Customer Care Advisors at (212)819-1819 for repair, within 14 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds for masks or customizations purchased.

 
 

Order Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please call our Customer Service Specialists at (212)819-1819. If your order has already been processed, i.e. crystallized, packed and shipped, it will be too late to cancel or change the shipment.
