Q. What types of crystals do you use?
Our company only utilizes genuine Swarovski crystals made from Austria for all our products.
Q. How much do you charge for your products?
Price will vary depending on artwork design and size. In general, the more intricate and detailed the Swarovski crystal design, the higher the cost will be.
Q. How long is the turnaround time for any given project?
Depending on the project, it will usually take between 2-5 business days. Longer periods may be needed if the project is larger or quantity is higher.
Q. What type of products do you work with?
Anything with a solid surface— we work with an exceptionally wide range of products. We are currently only accepting orders to customize bottles, face masks, canes and walkers.
Q. Do you work with fabric?
Yes, we work with fabric, including clothing. View our gallery of wearables here and contact us for additional reference images.
Q. Do you work with other materials besides crystals?
Yes, we work with other materials, such as beads and semi-precious stones. Examples of such work can be found in our gallery of wearables.
Q. Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns as each item is custom made to order. However, products that are defective will be repaired.

Q. Are masks sanitized before shipping?
Yes, all of our masks are sanitized after bedazzling and prior to shipping using UV light.
